She is fluent in English and Afrikaans and is currently learning Portuguese. Before moving to Lisbon, Teresa lived in South Africa and Madeira (Portugal) for three years. Her expertise and international experience are valuable assets to our team, ensuring exceptional service for our clients. Gonçalo is a valued member of the Portugal Homes After Sales Department, providing expert property and investment advisory services, alongside exceptional client care in helping clients find the best real estate investments in Portugal. Originally from Portugal, Gonçalo has lived in Brazil and has gained diverse experience across various sectors, including retail, sales, food and beverage, and as a lifeguard in protective services. His broad background equips him with a unique skill set, ensuring a comprehensive and customer-focused approach. Gonçalo works in our Lisbon headquarters, part of the Operations team within the Already Home Department at Harland & Poston Group.

Viviane is a multilingual professional with a strong background in customer service and management. With experience as a Team Leader and Manager in the hospitality industry, she excels in organisational management, problem-solving, and communication. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and currently learning Italian, Viviane holds an MBA in People Management. Her expertise in customer service, along with her attention to detail, enables her to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. Viviane is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. She works as part of the Admin and Sales Assistant team within the After Sales Department at Harland & Poston Group.

Shahbaz Asghar is a skilled Property Manager within the After Sales Department at Portugal Homes. With extensive experience gained through studying ACCA and working in Property Management, Leasing, and Sales across the UAE and the UK, he is well-equipped to excel in this role. Originally from Pakistan, Shahbaz is fluent in four languages: English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, with a basic understanding of Arabic. He values transparency and effective communication, using these principles to build strong client relationships. Shahbaz works in our Lisbon headquarters at Harland & Poston Group, as part of the Property Management Team under the Already Home Department.

Marta Stojanowska joins our team as an experienced Property Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise. Fluent in Polish, English, and Dutch (Flemish), her diverse language skills and international work background make her an invaluable asset in managing properties across various cultural landscapes. With a career spanning Poland, Belgium, and now Portugal, Marta has honed her property management skills through roles in renowned organisations and innovative start-ups. At Harland & Poston Group, Marta uses her extensive technical and operational knowledge to ensure exceptional service for our clients, always maintaining a customer-focused approach. She works in our Lisbon headquarters as part of the Property Management team.

Hugo is a highly valued member of Portugal Homes After Sales Department, known for his drive, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and with some knowledge of Spanish and French, Hugo completed his studies at the Cambridge School with top grades. Born and raised in Portugal, he has also lived in China, France, and the USA, bringing a global perspective to his work. Hugo is part of the Furniture Support team within the After Sales Department at Harland & Poston Group, based in our Lisbon headquarters, where he ensures outstanding client service.

Maria left Venezuela in 2017 to pursue her studies in Architecture abroad, arriving in Portugal in 2018 after a brief stay in the United States. She is now an integral part of the Harland & Poston team, providing valuable administrative support and contributing to a positive working environment with her easygoing attitude. Passionate about art, particularly design and painting, Maria brings a creative touch to her role. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is a great communicator and a friendly presence in the team, supporting colleagues and clients alike with professionalism and warmth.

Miguel Dionisio is a valuable addition to our accounts team at the Algarve office, part of Harland & Poston Group. Currently pursuing an Administration degree at Algarve University, Miguel lives in the region with his family. His passion for organisation and numbers makes him an ideal fit for the Finance Department, where he works as Account Support. With a keen eye for detail and a strong drive for efficiency, Miguel plays an important role in supporting the smooth operation of our accounts team. José is the Hospitality Manager at Harland & Poston Group, based in our Algarve office, where he works closely with the Project Development & Construction Department. A polyglot fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, José brings a wealth of experience in guest services, event planning, and health and safety compliance. Born and raised in France, he has also lived in the United Kingdom, Lisbon, and Ericeira before settling in the Algarve. His emotional intelligence, operational knowledge, and attention to detail ensure exceptional management of our developments.
