Her strong analytical skills enable her to produce accurate market reports from the most reliable sources, giving the corporation a competitive edge and providing investors with detailed insights into Lisbon and Porto. Andreia’s commitment to the company led her to become one of the Directors. Originally from northern Portugal, she moved to Lisbon to study at a prestigious university, beginning her real estate career in 2015. Now, as Business Development Director for the Harland & Poston Group, Andreia oversees Project Development and Construction with our HP Invest company.
Rogério is a Senior Civil Engineer at Harland & Poston Group, based in our Portugal offices, where he plays an integral role within the Project Development & Construction department. With extensive experience in construction across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, and Portugal, Rogério contributes a vast range of expertise to the team. Fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, he excels in navigating key sectors critical to construction production through direct, vertical connections. Rogério also plans to pursue a PhD in the future. He has been a valued member of the company for over four years.
Luís is a Senior Civil Engineer at Harland & Poston Group, based in our Portugal offices, where he contributes to the Project Development and Construction department. Fluent in both Portuguese and English, Luís brings over five years of experience to the company. He has worked on various construction projects in Brazil, Angola, Malawi, and Mozambique, where he managed and supervised works, offering solutions to complex problems. Luís is passionate about delivering value to both the company and clients. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, playing various sports, and immersing himself in new cultures, which enrich his professional perspective.
João is a key member of the Project Development and Construction Department at Harland & Poston Group, specialising in project management, execution planning, architectural surveying, and licensing. He takes particular pride in his academic achievement – an in-depth thesis on wood construction and sustainability in the Azores region. Originally from the Azores, João has also lived on the mainland and spent a year in Florianopolis, Brazil. He brings invaluable international experience to the team. João works in our Algarve office as part of the Project Development & Construction team for HP Invest.
Originally from Derry, Ireland, Elizabeth discovered a deep affection for Portugal during her holiday visits, eventually deciding to relocate to the Algarve in 2017. With over 20 years of administrative experience, Elizabeth now serves as an Administrative Manager at Harland & Poston Group. She works alongside the Project Development and Construction Department at HP Invest, contributing her extensive expertise to ensure smooth operations and support for the team. Based in our Algarve office, Elizabeth is a vital part of the team, combining her administrative skills with her passion for her work.
Natália has lived in Brazil, the USA, England, and Portugal, bringing a wealth of international experience to her role. She works in the Algarve office at Harland & Poston Group, providing administrative support to the Project Development & Construction Department. Natália is known for her professionalism, exceptional customer service skills, and time management abilities. She handles busy days with ease and adapts quickly to changing circumstances. With a background in Hotel Management and Strategic Service Management, she brings a strong work ethic and organisational expertise, ensuring the smooth running of the department and contributing to the overall success of the team.

David's career has always been rooted in sales, gaining extensive experience in client care across various sectors. In 2005, he seized the opportunity to move to Portugal with his family, immersing himself in the local real estate market and tackling every type of sales and purchase challenge. Feeling at home in Portugal, David has lived there with his family ever since.
