a. HARLAND & POSTON – IMOBILIARIA, LDA, NIPC 514553952, with registered headquartered office at Praça da Alegria, 1 - 3.º, 1250-004 Lisbon, Portugal (hereinafter referred as “H&P”), is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of users personal data on the website and aims to inform, in accordance with and for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GPPR), as a complemented by Law No. 58/2019, of August 8th.
b. Users should carefully read this Privacy Policy and freely decide whether you wish to provide personal data to H&P before submitting.

a. Once the retention period specified above has expired, H&P will proceed with the deletion or anonymization of personal data, unless, in compliance with a legal or contractual obligation, H&P is required to retain the user's personal data for a specific period.
a. The user has the right to solicit H&P, in accordance with the legislation on data protection practices and terms, the following:
i. Access to personal data that is of concern.
ii. Correction of annexed personal data that is incorrect or incomplete.
iii. Deletion of personal data, unless the deletion process is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations or other grounds provided by law.
iv. The restriction of data, in cases legally provided for.
v. The objection to data processing, where applicable.
vi. The portability of data, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. Requests should be sent to the following email address: dataprotection@harlandposton.com. Furthermore, users have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which in Portugal is the National Data Protection Commission ( https://www.cnpd.pt/ ).
b. The user may, at any moment, withdraw their consent for the storage and processing of personal data, without affecting the legality of processing carried out previously. However, the withdrawal of consent will affect the use of certain H&P functionalities and services.
d. H&P reserves rights to refuse unfounded and incessive requests, particularity due to constant repetition, as permitted by the legislation. In this case, the user can be informed on the reason behind the refusal and possibility of placing a formal complaint with the Control Authority.
a) H&P may engage third parties to provide specific services, in which may, in certain situations, involve access of the user’s personal data by these said third party entities.
b) In the scope of partnering with third party entities, H&P will adhere to the commitment of ensuring adequate measures of corporate governance in the process of user’s personal data. These guarantees will be properly set out and safeguarded in a written contractual instrument, in accordance with the provisions of GDPR.
c) H&P can transfer the users’ personal data towards areas outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), including, but not limited to the sharing of user’s personal data with international investment partners in the proposed objective manifested by the user in the submission of personal contact details and inquiry through our website content form. Always assured on the transparency of shared information, H&P will reassure on the following:
i. The destination country is covered by an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission; and / or;
ii. The transfer of personal data will be subject to the appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual cluses, binding corporate policies, or other legally recognize mechanisms, that ensure the protection of privacy, security, and integrity of personal data, in full compliance with the designated guidelines of GDPR.
